Main Specifications
1. Equipped with steel track, double-speed driving device for the chain of the oil tank, and with power head, hoisters, mud pump and oil tanks controlled by hydraulic devices, the drill rig features flexible in operation, simple in structure and convenient for maintenance.
2. By using the power head driven by double-motor driving technology, it is reliable in power transmission, stable in start and stoppage.
3. With long-range feeding system, the feed travel reaches 3200 mm, which increases the drilling efficiency and decreases the probability of in-hole malfunctions.
4. By using the structure of folding mast, the operation angle can be easily adjusted. The drill rig can drill holes of 0-90°. It is convenient to mount and transport.
5. With 132KW power unit and sensitive 2-point-control simulated load system, the drill rig is high in efficiency and low in energy consumption.
6. It has high hoisting force. The single-wire hoisting force of the main hoister is 6000 kg and supplementary hoister 1000 kg.
7. The hydraulic chuck adopts 5-point holding device, which holds the drill rod more powerfully.
8. For the mud pump is provided with enough obligating power, the drill rig can meet the needs of percussion drilling.
9. With centralized-control panel, the control operation of power unit as well as hydraulic unit is more stable.

Human-based Design
1. Equipped with various sizes of drill-rod leading devices, it is suitable for drilling inclined hole.
2. The power head is installed with guided groove and inclined plane device, which are combined with drill-rod leading device installed in the mid of mast, it is convenient and accurate to locate the drill rod.
3. Designed with the power head roll-over device, it is convenient for operation.
4. The high-position operation platform makes the operation more convenient and fast for mounting and dismounting drill rods and getting rock core.

1. Mud Pump
By using BW250 mud pump, which is driven by the hydraulic system of the main unit, the quantity of mud can be flexibly adjusted according to different geological conditions and operation techniques.
2. Mud Making System
By using the systems of spurting mud making and circulating mud storage, it reduces and manual labor and increases the efficiency of mud making, with mud making 16m³/h and mud storage of 2 m³ .
3. Hydraulic Holder
With hydraulic holding device, it is reliable for holding drill rod and easy for operation.
